Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative business solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
