Job Description

Execute sales strategy, monitor and analyze sales team results, create action plans to drive improvements. Provide coaching and feedback to sellers. Own Business to Business Sales team achievement of sales related quotas. Shape, sell and close small deals in Engineering Digitization domain. Lead opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture’s offerings. Support origination of large opportunities, lead early-stage positioning with clients and develop and execute the origination strategy.
Must have:
  • Sales Pursuit Management
  • GTM and Sales experience in Engineering (aerospace, automotive, consumer products, heavy engineering) industry.
  • Shape, sell, and close small to multi-service deals in Engineering Digitization domain.
  • Lead opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills.
  • Support origination of large opportunities and lead early-stage client positioning.
  • Develop and execute origination strategy with CAL teams to identify opportunities.
  • Drive Thought Leadership/POVs in Engineering space (PLM, ALM, MBSE, Generative Design, DFX).
  • Knowledge of technologies impacting engineering industries: PLM, IoT, ML, Telematics, Data Analytics.
  • Experience working in the global market on these engineering areas.
  • Worked on technology implementation in engineering domains, deriving significant benefits.
  • Interfaced with customers, bringing value to them.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of technical experts.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and leadership to benefit customers and motivate team.
  • Ability to build business and teams from scratch in new ventures.
  • Orientation to manage business with growth, revenue, and profitability parameters.

Must have Skills : · Sales Pursuit Management, GTM and Sales experience in experience in Engineering function in aerospace, automotive, consumer products, heavy engineering or any other engineering industry. · Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Shape, sell and close small deals both single or multi service in Engineering Digitization domain. Close sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth by leading opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture’s offerings. Play a critical role in supporting origination of large opportunities. Lead early-stage positioning with clients and develop and execute the origination strategy along with CAL teams to identify and qualify specific opportunities. Technical Experience: · GTM and Sales experience in experience in Aerospace & Defense, automotive, consumer products, heavy engineering or any other engineering industry. · Drive Thought Leadership / POVs in Engineering space (PLM, ALM, MBSE, Generative Design, DFX) · Knowledge of different technologies which have impact on enhancing engineering industries, like: PLM, IoT, ML, Telematics, Data Analytics etc. · Experience of working in the global market on these areas will be an added advantage · Worked implementation of technology in engineering domains and derived significant benefits from it. · Interfaced with customer and have orientation to bring value to customers · Ability to manage and lead a team of technical experts coming from engineering and technology · Demonstrate team working and leadership to derive most benefits to customers and motivate team members · Ability to take challenge of new venture and build business and teams from scratch Orientation to manage and run business with key parameters of growth, revenue and profitability
