Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive new business opportunities for a leading organization in luxury wedding planning, entertainment, and décor. This role involves identifying and engaging high-net-worth clients, cultivating strategic partnerships with luxury venues and vendors, and designing market strategies to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will represent the brand at high-profile events, monitor industry trends, and ensure seamless client onboarding from acquisition to execution.
Must Have
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, corporates and premium clients.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term, high-ticket customers.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and follow-up system to achieve revenue goals.
- Cultivate partnerships with luxury venues, hospitality groups, brands, wedding vendors, influencers and planners.
- Build a consistent referral network to expand reach and opportunities.
- Design and implement customized business development plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct market mapping to identify untapped opportunities.
- Represent the organization at luxury events, expos, trade fairs and networking platforms.
- Establish strategic alliances with service providers and premium vendors to broaden offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and evolving client preferences.
- Work with in-house creative teams on conceptualizing décor themes and oversee on-site execution.
- Coordinate with planning and production teams for smooth handover from acquisition to execution.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within luxury weddings, hospitality, corporate events or high-end services.
- Strong industry network and proven ability to close premium deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Keen understanding of the tastes and expectations of affluent clientele.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, corporates and premium clients.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term, high-ticket customers.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and follow-up system to achieve revenue goals.
2. Strategic Relationship Building
- Cultivate partnerships with luxury venues, hospitality groups, brands, wedding vendors, influencers and planners.
- Build a consistent referral network to expand reach and opportunities.
3. Sales & Market Strategy
- Design and implement customized business development plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct market mapping to identify untapped opportunities.
4. Brand Representation
- Represent the organization at luxury events, expos, trade fairs and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Establish strategic alliances with service providers and premium vendors to broaden offerings.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and evolving client preferences to guide business decisions.
7. Creative Operations Support
- Work with in-house creative teams on conceptualizing décor themes and oversee on-site execution when required.
