In this role, you will:
- Manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone
- Prospect and create outbound sales pipeline through phone, email, and linkedin outreach into target lists of Greenfield accounts to create qualified sales opportunities for the Inside Sales team
- Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relevant customer data, business insights, and record of interactions
- Use sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, SalesForce, Linkedin, Linkedin Navigator) to identify and qualify decision makers who can utilize the ShareFile platform
- Use pre-established procedures and guidelines to respond to requests from internal and end-user customers, partners and distributors via phone, web, and email
- Articulate to customers the business and technical benefits of the ShareFile platform
- Interpret to customers the business and technical benefits of the ShareFile platform
- Assist customers in purchasing the Premium ShareFile product Suite
- Promote a positive team environment by assisting proactively collaborating with your teammates to achieve team goals
- Approach all tasks thoughtfully and professionally
- Prioritize workload in order to meet all KPIs, goals, and objectives
- Utilize enablement platforms to improve product and positioning knowledge
- Regularly participate in and complete training and enablement that is required for your career path from this sales development role into an account manager role
- Hybrid role with expectations for full time in office attendance during ramp period and regular in office attends (3-4days/wk) long term
Your background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Lead Generation, sales development, or other sales support role (this is not a discrete quota carrying role or an account manager role)
- Highly preferred: 1 year experience in an inside sales role or sales support role
- Highly Preferred: experience in software sales with docu on Greenfield sales
- Enthusiastic, driven and confident personality
- Go-getter, disciplined and organized
- Competitive edge and thrives in a team environment
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn
Compensation Range: $42,500 - $52,500
This position is also eligible to participate in our commission plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
