Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in developing AI-powered solutions for complex real-world use cases. This role involves end-to-end development of AI-based assistive features and fully autonomous agents to significantly simplify the job of IT and Marketing professionals in developing and maintaining web sites based on Progress's CMS Sitefinity. The ideal candidate will have experience building web applications, a deep interest in GenAI, and will work in a friendly, dynamic team.

Must Have

• Work with AI models and agents
• Create and orchestrate AI agents
• Engineer prompts for AI
• Evaluate AI results performance and quality
• Build and maintain RAG workflows
• Develop microservices and APIs for AI agents
• Build UI for chat assistants and agents
• Manage end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps
• Deploy and operate AI systems in Cloud
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• CS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#
• Experience with Angular, React web technologies
• Strong knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective cross-functional communication
• Stellar English communication skills

Good to Have

• Real world experience with generative models or other ML/AI algorithms
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks
• Familiarity with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma…), TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Practical experience with AI augmented coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
• Knowledge in measuring and improving agent performance via quantitative metrics

This role involves end-to-end development of AI based assistive features and fully autonomous agents to significantly simplify the job of the IT and Marketing people in developing and maintaining web sites based on our CMS Sitefinity.

In this role you will:

• Work with AI models and agents
• Create and orchestrate AI agents
• Engineer prompts
• Evaluate performance and quality of produced results
• Build and maintain RAG workflows
• Build microservices and APIs for AI agents
• Build UI for chat assistants and agents
• Manage end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps, including pipeline automation, continuous deployment, monitoring, model versioning, drift detection.
• Deploy and operate AI systems in а Cloud environment
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools and breakthroughs, ensuring integrating relevant advancements to drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. product managers, legal, etc.) to ensure the alignment of AI-driven solutions with strategic business objectives.

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C# or other programing languages
• Experience in web technologies – Angular, React
• Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
• Real world experience with generative models or other ML/AI algorithms is a plus
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks
• Familiarity with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma…), TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain or other tools
