Full Stack Developer (Java & React)

Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 5-6 years of experience to develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React, and robust back-end services with Spring and Spring Boot. The role involves integrating with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, building and consuming RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with knowledge of Capital Markets or Foreign Exchange being a plus.

Must Have

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React frameworks.
• Design and implement back-end services with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Integrate with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, React, Redux, Webpack.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, Jest.

Good to Have

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications.

• Back-end: Java, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar.
• Version Control: Git.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes (if applicable).
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure
• Testing: JUnit, Selenium, Jest, etc.
