Synechron is looking for an Associate Specialist MERN developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance applications using React, Redux, and React Native. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our clients.

Must Have

• 6 years experience in React, NodeJS application development
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux, React Native, NodeJS
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
• Develop and maintain high-performance applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features
• Debug and fix production application issues
• Ensure accessibility and performance standards are met
• Continuously learn and stay updated with React technologies

Experience:
