Developer Fullstack

Infosys Brazil is seeking FullStack Developers for a role involving technical leadership and people management for the LATAM team. Responsibilities include task management, monitoring team performance, conducting calls for Brazil and Mexico, proposing improvements, and contributing technically to solution design. Candidates must have experience with AMS, .Net, Java (latest versions), SQL, and advanced English for conversation. The position offers flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Must Have

• Technical leadership and people management of the LATAM team
• Task management, allocations, and monitoring of local and global team improvements
• Monitoring team availability, performance, periodic feedback, and team training
• Conducting calls for Brazil and Mexico, performing daily meetings with the LATAM team
• Proposing improvements and identifying opportunities with stakeholders
• Technical contribution to the estimation and design of solutions for project improvements
• Updating periodic reports such as weekly status, monthly ORB queries
• System development
• Experience with AMS (Application Maintenance Services), .Net, Java (latest versions) and SQL
• Experience in leading application support and maintenance teams (AMS), covering .Net/Java and SQL
• Advanced English for conversation
