Job Description

Nscale is seeking a Business Operations Associate to build and optimize systems, processes, and insights across the company. This role involves implementing new workflows, maintaining operational documentation, tracking adoption, and providing coordination support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tool-fluent, and adept at simplifying complexity to help teams operate efficiently and scale effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Must Have:
  • Implement new operational workflows and tooling across teams
  • Create templates, SOPs and checklists to drive consistency and speed
  • Track adoption and compliance; surface bottlenecks and quick wins
  • Coordinate comms, training sessions, and FAQs for change management
  • Own central documentation for processes, roles, and KPIs
  • Keep run-books up to date as systems and ownership evolve
  • Build lightweight automations (e.g. forms, triggers) to reduce manual work
  • Maintain a catalog of reports, dashboards and where to find them
  • Manage trackers for initiatives, owners and timelines
  • Schedule rituals (stand-ups, reviews, retros) and publish notes/actions
  • Triage inbound requests to the BizOps queue and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support OKR hygiene, quarterly reviews, and status reporting
  • 2 years in business operations, program coordination or similar
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Office; strong spreadsheet skills
  • Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Notion/Confluence, Asana/Jira, Zapier)
  • Clear written documentation style and meeting facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and track process compliance
  • Legal right to work in the UK

You’ll support the rollout of new processes and tooling, maintain our operational documentation, and track adoption so leaders can see what’s working. You’ll partner closely with BizOps, Finance, Commercial, and Infrastructure, turning playbooks into daily practice.
