We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our social presence, grow thriving communities, and shape how the world experiences our brand.

This role sits at the heart of our Content Team and focuses on three key pillars:

1. Crafting and executing bold, organic social strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit.

2. Partnering with our performance and creative teams to launch high-impact paid and organic campaigns.

3. Bringing ideas to life through trend-forward, visually stunning, and thumb-stopping social content.

You’ll have real autonomy to experiment, move fast, and build momentum because at Nscale, innovation isn’t just encouraged, it’s expected. We are building an AI-first company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve our social media strategy to amplify Nscale’s brand and thought leadership.
  • Create and publish high-performing content, from clever copy to eye-catching videos.
  • Build and engage communities of AI builders, innovators, and decision-makers.
  • Analyze and optimize performance to drive growth, reach, and meaningful engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams from performance marketing to creative to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and culturally tuned-in.
  • Lead partnerships with influencers, creators, and internal advocates to expand our voice.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing (tech or AI preferred).
  • A deep understanding of B2B social strategy: you know how to make “complex” tech content inspiring.
  • A natural and genuine storyteller who blends creativity with data-driven insight.
  • Skilled at executive comms, employee advocacy, and community building.
  • Passion for using AI tools for both day-to-day management and creative output.
  • Proficient with tools like Figma, Hootsuite/Sprout, and social analytics platforms.
  • Energized by fast-paced, high-ownership environments where you can make things happen.
