Job Summary
Addepar's People Technology team is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to lead systems-driven initiatives. This role involves end-to-end project delivery, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring user adoption. The analyst will work across the People Technology stack, including Workday and Talent Acquisition systems like Greenhouse, proactively identifying and resolving issues, building test scripts, creating user guides, and providing hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support.
Must Have
- Partner with stakeholders to map processes and translate needs into technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, closure).
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within People Technology stack (Workday, Greenhouse).
- Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability.
- Produce concise user guides.
- Deliver crisp status updates and launch communications.
- Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across People Technology stack.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role.
- Highly skilled in written communication for comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality.
Good to Have
- Experience with other HR systems (especially Greenhouse or other TA technology).
- Workday configuration experience.

The Role
Addepar’s People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users.
While Workday is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire People Technology stack, including our Talent Acquisition systems (like Greenhouse) and other HR tools.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $66,000 - $104,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Requirements gathering: Partner with stakeholders (like HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance) to map current processes, translate needs into clear, testable technical requirements, and document them precisely
- Project leadership: Run the end-to-end lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure to deliver on scope, time, and quality
- Technology partnership: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within our People Technology stack (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups like Talent Acquisition
- Testing and documentation: Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability and produce concise user guides that support adoption
- Stakeholder communication: Deliver crisp status updates and launch communications that keep teams aligned on progress, decisions, and milestones
- Systems support: Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across our People Technology stack as needed, with a focus on accuracy and auditability
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
- Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user
- Experience with other HR systems (especially Greenhouse or other TA technology) is a plus
- Workday configuration experience is a plus
