Job Description
Partnering with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to improve the systems and processes involved in their day-to-day work. Leading discussions to get an understanding of upcoming changes and strategic goals for Commercial and Marketing Identifying obstacles proactively and develop solutions to prevent and/or overcome these scenarios. Driving projects that prioritise data quality and process efficiency Displaying expertise in Commercial and Marketing subject matter and technical knowledge of the related systems Gathering requirements for upcoming changes and work closely with development teams to plan the delivery of requests. Planning changes in Dynamics 365 and work with the Development Team Acting as Scrum Master on the CRM Scrum Team Assisting the CRM Scrum Team with Dynamics 365 development and changes.
Qualifications
You will have:
- Experience with Commercial Systems (HubSpot, ZoomInfo or similar) and Commercial Processes
- Experience developing CRM solutions (Dynamics 365 or other similar commercial systems such as Salesforce).
- Experience in managing Commercial Systems or systems including Commercial Systems
- An awareness/familiarity with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills and experience in project management (Scrum/Agile)
- Self-drive with an in-depth attention to detail
