Ninja Van is seeking a Buyer Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector. The role involves buying goods, managing procurement timelines, ensuring accurate deliveries, and maintaining safety stock. The executive will collaborate with various departments like Supply, Ops, Category, and Finance to ensure smooth procurement processes. Responsibilities include weekly sales forecast checks, stock monitoring, placing purchase orders with suppliers, processing payments, and sending original documents to the head office. The position also requires daily stock checks to identify slow-moving or high-value stock and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Must have:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Buying goods and ensuring safety stock
- Managing procurement timelines and deliveries
- Working with supply, ops, category, and finance
- Weekly checking sales forecast and stock
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Sending payment requests to finance
- Daily stock checks and alerting relevant departments
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors

Responsibilities
- Buying goods, prepare relevant necessary to ensure safety stock
- Managing procurement timelines and accurate deliveries.
- Work closely with relevant departments (Supply, Ops, Category, Finance,..) to ensure buying smoothly
- Weekly checking sales forecast, current stock, planned orders and place P/O to Suppliers
- Send payment request to Finance and update payment tracking to ensure the right Purchase
- Weekly collect all original documents and send (e.g: P/O, invoice,..) to head office in Ho Chi Minh City
- Daily check stock and alert relevant departments (Sales, Supply, CM) slow-high stock value
- Keeping a close relationship with trusted suppliers and distributors.

- Minimum 1 year of related experience
