The company utilizes algorithm-based optimization, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking, and a data-driven approach to offer best-in-class delivery services. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis to identify operational performance gaps, developing dashboards for decision-making, simulating data to improve logistics speed standards with cost considerations, leading strategic projects to reduce lead time efficiently, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring shipper performance against lead time targets.
Must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or consulting
- 3 years in Network Operation Design
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Economics
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in Python and Power BI
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
Good to have:
- Experience in express logistics
- Experience in supply chain planning
- Experience in logistics consulting

Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in operational performance.
- Develop dashboards and analysis to support operations decision-making.
- Simulate data to improve logistics speed standards with operational cost become the key consideration.
- Lead strategic projects to reduce lead time with efficienct cost.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Monitor shipper performance to meet lead time targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the express logistics / supply chain planning / logistics consulting company
- 3 years experience in Network Operation Design is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Economics from a top university.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficient in Python and Power BI.
- A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable insights.
- Able to working under pressure in limited time available
