Responsibilities include conducting data analysis to identify operational performance gaps, developing dashboards for decision-making, simulating data to improve logistics speed standards with cost considerations, leading strategic projects to reduce lead time efficiently, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring shipper performance against lead time targets.

Must Have

3-5 years of experience in logistics or consulting
3 years in Network Operation Design
Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Economics
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proficient in Python and Power BI
Data-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure

Good to Have

Experience in express logistics
Experience in supply chain planning
Experience in logistics consulting

Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in operational performance.
Develop dashboards and analysis to support operations decision-making.
Simulate data to improve logistics speed standards with operational cost become the key consideration.
Lead strategic projects to reduce lead time with efficienct cost.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
Monitor shipper performance to meet lead time targets.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the express logistics / supply chain planning / logistics consulting company
3 years experience in Network Operation Design is a must
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Economics from a top university.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Proficient in Python and Power BI.
A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable insights.
Able to working under pressure in limited time available
