This role involves planning and monitoring daily warehouse operations, including in-bounding and out-bounding, coordinating truck loading and unloading, liaising with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. It also includes managing paperwork for inbound and outbound materials, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, analyzing and maintaining KPIs, managing incoming volume to meet KPIs, communicating performance indicators, reviewing operations reports, and working with various teams to implement solutions. Responsibilities also extend to managing documentation for RDO and GRN, handling invoice filing, and monitoring new product types.
