The Job

  • As Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive the company’s strategic goals. This is a project-based position where we expect that you would adjust and respond to the changing needs of the business with ongoing scope changes. Responsibilities include:
  • Drive cross-functional programs across all areas of the business on time and with measurable results
  • Build systems to improve leadership visibility and progress on large, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including documents, timelines, owner tracking, and outcomes
  • Identify and solve efficiency and process challenges across the business by bringing structure to ambiguous problems
  • Plan and execute key operating rhythms for the leadership team, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Improve how we work by identifying and solving efficiency and process challenges across the organization
  • Translate organizational strategy into actionable programs and ensure goals are aligned across department

You

  • 5+ years of experience in program management or strategic operations roles
  • You bring clarity and structure to ambiguity and change
  • You proactively raise risks before they become issues
  • Proven success in executing cross-functional programs with many stakeholders, competing priorities, and changing requirements
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator–succinct and accurate written and verbal communicator and comfortable facilitating working sessions for senior leadership
  • Have experience with and are comfortable working with the most senior leaders of an organization on some of their most pressing issues
  • Deeply mission aligned: you believe in the power of community, generosity, and helping others

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $125,000 - $187,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
