Project Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing Master Project Plan, list of related system level & functional level activities plan and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project.
- Gateway tracking - Prepare / work out activity charts with dependent activities and work out efficient path, identify critical path and critical activity.
- Co-ordinate with internal/ external agencies for meeting the milestones of the projects.
- Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made available
- Facilitate management reviews.
- Prepare & monitor the project timelines in line with the project scope in consultation with all the stakeholders.
- Monitor & Track budget, cost, quality and delivery of the project and escalate the discrepancies to the superiors with probable solutions.
- Concern’s resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholders.
- Risk analysis and mitigation.
- Financial analysis to be done to meet the target OI
Skills and Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 plus years of automotive experience
- Should know English, Hindi and Gujarati
