Must Have:

  • Supervise employee personal files, liabilities, and debt collector communication.
  • Administer group life and health insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDRP, TISAX).
  • Participate in HR projects and answer employee HR queries.
  • Conduct standard HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits enrollment.
  • Possess an MBA in HR or MSW.
  • Have 12-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
