We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions/services for Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow existing SMB accounts, as well as acquire new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth:
- Manage a portfolio of existing SMB accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to current clients to increase account value.
- Proactively work to expand the accounts, driving long-term revenue growth.
- New Business Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential new SMB clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential new accounts to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, tracking all activities and opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to update deal statuses, forecast potential revenue, and report on sales activities.
- Regularly provide daily updates to management on deal progress, challenges, and business growth potential.
- Achievement of Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that growth goals are achieved within assigned timelines.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure that the solutions offered to clients align with their needs and objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in an SMB-focused environment. B2B sales
- Skills:
- Strong experience in managing and growing client accounts.
- Proven track record of generating new business through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
