Our job offer: * Monthly salary: $ 1,600,00 COP. * Hours: * Rotating shifts: * Shift 1. Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. * Shift 2. Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. * Shift 3. Monday to Friday 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. * Job stability and direct hiring by the company. * Type of contract: Fixed for 2 months. Responsibilities of the position: * Ensure proper handling of machinery, stacking, and maintenance of storage areas. * Movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other elements within the shelving, either on an Order Picker or on a Platform. * Storage and validation of units, boxes on shelving. * Retrieval of information from its location and placing it in the demarcated areas. * Order and cleanliness of the warehouse. * Guarantee and ensure the correct management of all elements related to the development of the functions. * Comply with and ensure in terms of quality the processes executed in the exercise of your functions. * Comply with the required productivity standards established for each process. * Comply with the behavior protocols within the work areas (shelving). * Comply with the standard operating practices defined for each process. * Apply the procedures and instructions defined for each process. * Perform other functions assigned by the Immediate Supervisor in accordance with the nature of the position. What we are looking for? * Educational level: Academic or technical high school diploma. Preferably with a work at heights course. * Work experience minimum of 6 months in similar positions such as: warehouse assistant or high-altitude storage. * Work at Heights Course * Key skills and knowledge: * Ability to follow operational procedures. * Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork.
