1. Lead the end-to-end development of the system direction for card tower defense mobile game projects, from 0 to 1, building the core system framework to ensure that system design and implementation accurately match the core goals and functional requirements of each version;
2. Take full responsibility for the full lifecycle development of various systems, covering the complete chain from direction planning, solution design, feature implementation to user feedback collection and iterative optimization;
3. Break through experience constraints, with "enhancing game fun" as the core guiding principle, continuously explore innovative design ideas;
4. Possess excellent planning and coordination abilities, able to maintain clear thinking in complex multi-threaded work, and efficiently promote the implementation of various tasks.
1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in system planning, having fully participated in the entire process of game projects, with successful online product experience preferred;
2. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, capable of comprehensively controlling the entire process of the responsible module, and taking full responsibility for the final outcome;
3. Love the game industry, have in-depth understanding and analysis of mainstream card games, console games, and popular online games in the industry, familiarity with "Watcher of Realms" preferred;
4. Proficient in the entire process of product research and development, publishing, and version management, able to quickly adapt, execute, and optimize new project processes preferred;
5. Accurately grasp player psychology, with a deep understanding of domestic and international market characteristics and user needs;
6. Adhere to rigorous development principles, possess a strong sense of teamwork, and have successful experience in leading multi-threaded, multi-person collaborative development of large modules.
