Responsibilities include driving process understanding, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with different teams. The position requires a hybrid work model and includes building and driving a safety Culture of Care in every business environment, from front-end planning to construction execution. The role will also involve post-integration reviews and continuous improvement to identify areas for improvement and enable changes.

The FCE portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contribute to Intel's success. This position reports to the Construction Manager and in this role, the person will be accountable for all aspects of technology integration, influencing Program and Project Managers to strive for higher levels of technology adoption to drive down cost, improve schedule certainty and enhance productivity. 


This is a hybrid position working primarily from AZ integrating work across global sites.

As a Central Tool Install Standards and Governance Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Work with all arms of tool install central and FCE governance teams to put documentation and governance in place for tool install central processes

  • Ensure the documents and standards meet site team needs to be able to function effectively and efficiently

  • Drive current state process understanding and identify breaking points, partner with PMs and area leads to design future states

  • Collaborate with Foundry Supply Chain (SSP), Strategic Planning (FSP), FSM and Site tool install teams to ensure seamless handshake and sustenance through documentation

  • Enhance productivity and achieve key metrics improvements (time savings, cost reduction).

  • Conduct post-integration reviews and continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and enable changes.

  • Build and drive safety Culture of Care in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:  

 

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience project management and learning and development.

  • -OR- Masters degree and 3+ years relevant experience in project management and learning and development.

 

 Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out

  • PhD is an advantage.

  • Experience in engineering of major facilities systems and infrastructure, Construction, Tool Install Supply Chain, Facilities, Fab Technology, Quality and Lean .

  •  3+ years of experience in governance and training

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$116,850.00-$164,960.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
