For New Vehicle Tire Performance Development
1. Consider tire specifications (size, rough performance, etc.) suitable for the vehicle based on vehicle concepts.
2. Collaborate with relevant departments to consider and propose tire performance targets.
3. Jointly prototype and pre-evaluate tires with specialized manufacturers (tire manufacturers).
4. Confirm achievement of target performance in collaboration with Nissan's testing department and tire manufacturers.
For Advanced Tire Development
1. Discover Needs and Seeds for vehicle performance and tire performance (selection of advanced development themes).
2. Plan initiatives.

Requirements
MUST
- Experience in tire development or basic development (tire structure and materials).
- Experience in vehicle performance development related to tire performance (handling stability, noise and vibration performance).
- English communication skills to handle interactions with overseas suppliers and overseas bases.
- TOEIC: 600
WANT
- Vehicle performance testing experience.
- Experience working and communicating at overseas bases.
- Automotive industry experience: preferable.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: Monthly salary (reference value) 230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY
- Determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise.
- Estimated annual income (reference value): Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.8 million JPY
- Monthly salary x 12 months + Bonus (estimated value)
- Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, payment conditions, etc., will be determined separately.
