Change & Adoption Engineer

As a member of the R&D DSIS Digital Business Partner body, you collect BG needs & priorities, contribute to processes harmonization, COE roadmaps definition, and support adoption.

You contribute to the collection, formalization, qualification and alignment of BG business demands & processes to be digitized

You assist the definition & support Proof of Value & Proof of Concepts

You support the deployment of the change management strategy toward maximised adoption of the new R&D digital solutions

If Group Level:

• Develop and maintain training, communication & standard materials

If Division Level :

• Contribute to the collection, formalization, qualification and alignment of Division business demands & processes to be digitized, and assists in the definition & support of Proof of Value and Proof of Concepts.
• Monitor related solution(s) deployment and use.
• Support the deployment of the change management strategy
• Contribute on the adoption monitoring activities through KPIs
• Contribute to the delivery of related contents in coordination with Centers Of Excellence
• Contribute to Learning execution
• Contribute to the animation of the change agents network

If Site Level :

• Provide functional Support to the R&D users
• Support deployment of solutions
• Define new solutions and improve existing ones
• Support local change management activities induced by new R&D DSIS projects, under the supervision of the Site Digital Business Partner and/or Change & Adoption Managers
