Change Management Consultant M365 and Copilot (M/F)

As a Change Management Consultant M365 (M/F), you will leverage your autonomy and proactive approach to manage diverse projects, emphasizing initiative and innovation. You will provide consulting and assistance within your area of expertise, applying your knowledge of Microsoft technologies throughout project phases. Passionate about support and collaborative work methods, you will contribute to transforming practices and tools for major clients.

Must Have

• Support clients in their change strategy
• Facilitate workshops on corporate uses and practices
• Understand client's functional and organizational impacts and needs for user services
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance strategies and use cases to address business problems
• Design and implement change management solutions
• Facilitate technical specification workshops
• Write technical and functional documentation
• Deploy solutions in the client's context
• Perform technical and functional testing
• Conduct technology watch and propose improvements
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in change management (excluding internships)
• Master Microsoft and Copilot technologies
• Able to interact with diverse stakeholders (IT, directors, operations)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and service orientation
• Comfortable working in a team and autonomously
• Dynamic, able to convince and unite
• Very good oral and written communication
• Fluent English is mandatory

• Sensitivity to generative AI: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral etc.

Role and missions:

As a Change Management Consultant M365 (M/F), your autonomy and proactive approach will fully develop as you take charge of diverse projects, allowing ample room for initiative and innovation.

You will provide consulting and assistance within your area of expertise.

You will bring your expertise in Microsoft technologies and evolve through the phases of our projects.

Passionate about support issues and collaborative work methods, you will intervene in projects transforming practices and tools for our key accounts.

Your missions:

• Support our clients in their change strategy
• Facilitate workshops on uses and practices within companies
• Understand the impacts, functional, and organizational needs of the client around user services
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance strategies and use cases to address a problem or business need, define a target and a trajectory
• Actively contribute to the development and enrichment of the offer: design and implement change management solutions
• Facilitate technical specification workshops
• Write documentation (engineering, integration, testing files, etc.)
• Deploy solutions in the client's context
• Perform technical and functional testing
• Conduct technology watch and propose areas for improvement

Qualifications

• With a BAC+5 degree or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in change management (excluding internships), particularly on issues inherent to managing user and client support in their M365 digital transformation projects.
• You master Microsoft and Copilot technologies, and you have a sensitivity to generative AI: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral, etc.
• You are able to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders: IT, directors, operations, etc.
• Your taste for challenge will be put to good use to guarantee the realization of high-quality solutions integrating complex, heterogeneous, and innovative problems.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptability, and a sense of service.
• You are comfortable working in a team and autonomously. Your dynamism allows you to convince and unite.
• Very good oral and written communication.
• Fluent English is mandatory (there will be an English test during the interview)
