Job Description

This role involves developing and executing channel and trade marketing strategies for key accounts, aligning with brand and sales objectives. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing activities, managing strategic projects, and optimizing resource allocation to drive business growth. The position requires evaluating market conditions, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring effective investment returns. Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a background in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies, preferably within FMCG or medical MNCs.
Must have:
  • Develop and follow up on key account plans based on channel and brand strategies, and sales targets, ensuring strategic growth and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and optimize based on business conditions, identify opportunities, and support sales growth.
  • Lead key account channel strategy development and execution, including activity planning, annual strategic project cooperation, to achieve company and regional market goals.
  • Regularly track and review channel marketing activities and project execution, adjusting as needed to ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Formulate and execute GTN investment strategy and manage non-NKA customer Selling P budget for reasonable ROI.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree & above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields are preferred
  • Trade marketing experience is preferred

Job Details

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and follow up on key account plans based on channel strategy, brand strategy, and sales targets, ensuring strategic growth and reasonable resource allocation.
  • Timely evaluate and optimize based on actual business conditions, explore business opportunities, and support sales business growth.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of key account channel strategies, including activity planning, execution, and annual agreement strategic project cooperation and execution, to achieve company goals and regional market strategies.
  • Regularly track and review the execution of channel marketing activities and projects, adjust promptly to ensure the effectiveness of project resources.
  • Formulate and execute GTN investment strategy and reasonable use of non-NKA customer Selling P budget, ensuring reasonable return on investment.

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies):

  • Bachelor’s degree & above major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields are preferred
  • 5 years+ working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies, Trade marketing experience is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to influence decision-making, drive alignment on business plans, and manage relationships.
