Chef de Partie

The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, a 5-star luxury historic residence in Bellagio on Lake Como, is seeking a Chef de Partie for a full-time contract from March to November 2026. The role requires at least 2 years of proven experience, knowledge of cooking techniques, and adherence to HACCP rules. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing line preparation and utilizing excellent raw materials, contributing to the hotel's refined hospitality.

Job Description

Required qualifications:

– proven experience in the role for at least 2 years, preferably in hotels of the same level or gourmet restaurants;

– knowledge of cooking techniques and ability to independently manage line preparation;

– team spirit, flexibility and passion for hospitality;

– knowledge and respect of HACCP rules;

– ability to use excellent raw materials;

– ability to work in a team.
