Job Description
This role involves the analysis and testing of cement additives, assisting the Line Manager in product development and modification. The Chemist will conduct lab ball mill trials, evaluate raw materials, and perform physical testing against BIS standards. Responsibilities also include developing new molecules, collaborating with technical and sales teams, monitoring production, analyzing customer complaints, and providing technical support for plant trials. The role requires troubleshooting and report preparation.
Must Have:
- Analysis and testing of Cement Additives
- Conduct lab ball mill trials with cement additives
- Assist Line Managers in developing and modification of products
- Test new Chemicals or alternative Raw materials
- Make and analyze new molecules
- Work closely with the technical team to develop new products
- Monitor production activity of cement additives daily
- Perform customer complaint analysis and evaluation
- Provide technical support to sales team for plant trials
- Troubleshooting
- Prepare reports and execute tasks
- Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in the cement field
- Knowledge in cement, concrete, and cement additive technology

Objective:

- Customer complaint analysis and evaluation
- Extending technical support to sales team in conducting plant trials with cement additives at cement plants
- Trouble shooting
- Preparing of reports and execution
Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Civil Engg. 2 or 3 years of experience in cement field. Knowledge in cement, concrete and cement additive technology
