Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Relax Gaming is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our Information Security team.

This pivotal role includes working with a broad range of security domains while supporting and collaborating closely with CIO on security initiatives. 

Your primary mission will be to ensure that Relax Gaming meets its security objectives and complies with relevant regulations. You'll play a key role in developing security policies and fostering a culture where security is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust information security strategy and framework.
• Lead the design and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor and assess current and emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
• Lead security operations, including threat management and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Company ISMS transition to ISO27001:2022
• Conduct security assessments, audits, and training programs.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and other departments to ensure security compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Support secure development process, implement technical solutions ensuring minimal influence on the development process
• Stay current with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, experience in building small and high-performing organisations.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are preferred.
• Experience in obtaining ISO 27001 certification or equivalent.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
