Flow is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the operational project management backbone for its Growth and Revenue team. This high-impact role directly supports the two co-leaders, acting as an executional engine across all priority workstreams spanning sales, marketing, growth, data, design, and tech. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments where priorities shift quickly, driving clarity, enforcing accountability, and preventing tasks from slipping, especially amidst chaos.
Must have:
  • Support both co-leaders seamlessly, tracking priorities and resolving blockers.
  • Coordinate across 7 internal teams to maintain momentum on initiatives.
  • Own follow-ups on action items and deadlines across all levels.
  • Capture sharp notes, highlight decisions, and ensure action items are executed from meetings.
  • Distill direction from ambiguity and keep priorities clear in fast-paced settings.
  • Set up practical trackers or dashboards for team-wide visibility.
  • Centralize updates and communication to keep everyone aligned.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff who will serve as the operational project management backbone for the Growth and Revenue team. We are a high-output, cross-functional group spanning sales, marketing, growth, and supporting data, design, and tech. This role will directly support our two co-leaders, acting as a Chief of Staff and executional engine across all priority workstreams.

This person will thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where priorities shift quickly. They’ll need to drive clarity, enforce accountability (up and down the ladder), and prevent things from slipping—especially when chaos hits.

Responsibilities

  • Chief of Staff Across Two Co-Leads: Support both leaders seamlessly. Track overlapping priorities, chase down blockers, and reinforce clarity without needing hand-holding.
  • Drive Execution Across Teams: Coordinate across 7 internal teams. Keep momentum on initiatives spanning growth, sales, marketing, and tech-enabled projects.
  • Enforce Accountability: Own follow-ups on action items and deadlines—across ICs, managers, and leadership. You are the system that keeps things moving.
  • Own Meeting Output: Join key team and leadership meetings. Capture sharp notes, highlight decisions, flag open threads, and ensure action items are executed.
  • Make Sense of Chaos: Distill direction from ambiguity. Keep priorities clear when things are fast, noisy, and shifting.
  • Build Lightweight Systems: Set up practical, not bureaucratic, trackers or dashboards to ensure team-wide visibility.
  • Communicate Clearly and Often: Centralize updates and communication. Help everyone stay aligned without the need for extra meetings.

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years in project management, management consulting, operations, or Chief-of-Staff-type role—ideally in a startup or high-growth setting.
  • Strong track record managing fast-moving, high-stakes workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in dual-leader structures; able to read the room and flex fluidly across personalities and leadership styles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—strong in docs, decks, meetings, and Slack.
  • High EQ and direct but tactful when holding others accountable.
  • Familiar with async tools (e.g., Sigma, Monday.com, Google Docs & Sheets, Slack) and able to implement structure quickly
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for increasing quality of output and scale of productivity.
  • Must be based in Miami. We work in-office, full-time.
