We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Segment Sales team at Marsh Belux. This role can be based out of our Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.
As a Client Executive at Marsh, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role involves understanding clients' needs and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and tailored risk or insurance solutions to our clients. The Client Executive plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through both cross-selling and prospection.
We will rely on you to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Proactively prospect for new business opportunities.
Present innovative insurance solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
