Job Description

The Client Game Developer (C++) will contribute to the ongoing development of a major MMO title. The role involves collaborating with the publishing team to maintain and enhance a large-scale multiplayer game. Responsibilities include resolving complex issues, designing and implementing new features, and analyzing and refactoring the existing codebase. The developer will also work closely with Art and Design to implement new tools and features, create and expand existing tools for the product team, and analyze and fix issues/bugs reported by the QA team.

  • Motivation to learn, critical thinking and curiosity to dig into new topics.

Job Details

We’re looking to strengthen our team with a Client Game Developer (C++) (all genders) to contribute to the ongoing development of one of our major MMO titles.

Are you passionate about online games—not only from a player’s perspective but also in terms of how they work behind the scenes? If client/server interactions, data structures, and gameplay systems spark your interest, you might be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our publishing team to maintain and enhance an established large-scale multiplayer game. From resolving complex issues to designing and implementing new features, your work will have a direct impact on the player experience.

What matters most to us is your ability to develop practical, effective solutions. While theoretical knowledge is valuable, we place a higher priority on hands-on experience and creative problem-solving. We’d love to see examples of your previous work and hear more about what motivates you to improve and build engaging games.

About the Role

  • Motivation to learn, critical thinking and curiosity to dig into new topics
  • A passion for Video Games, and experience working on them
  • Implement improvements, new features and contents together with the publishing team
  • Analyse, document and refactor an existing codebase
  • Work closely with Art and Design to implement new tools and features
  • Create and expand existing tools for the product team to manage the game
  • Analyse issues/bugs reported by the QA team and implement fixes
