Outfit7 is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their talented team to develop and maintain mobile games. The role involves planning and implementing game features using Unity (C#), improving game code and tools, and collaborating efficiently across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive and lead by example, contributing to the portfolio of award-winning games.

Good To Have:

Experience with C++ programming.
Experience with different game engines.
Experience with shader programming.

Must Have:

Plan and implement game features and components for new and live mobile games using Unity (C#).
Maintain and improve game code, libraries and tools for artists and designers.
Collaborate, communicate, and work efficiently as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
Proactive working style, able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proficient mobile game development skills in C# with Unity.
Keen to learn new technologies and gain new skills.
6+ years of professional experience in game development, preferably mobile games.
Excellent technical background (game development, programming patterns, data structures, computer architecture, performance optimisations).

Proficient mobile game development skills in C# with Unity.

Required Experience

6+ years of professional experience in game development, preferably mobile games.
Excellent technical background (e.g. game development, programming patterns, data structures, computer architecture and performance optimisations).
Experience with C++ programming, different game engines and shader programming is a plus.
