Entain seeks Client Services Officers in Wellington to deliver exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone. Responsibilities include responding to high-volume inquiries, customer verification, account management, fraud detection, and upholding safer gambling practices. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and undergo 4 weeks of training. A passion for sports and racing is advantageous, but not required. The role offers a hybrid work model with flexibility, primarily covering Friday-Sunday shifts.

We have multiple casual and full-time positions available coming into an exciting period of growth.

*No knowledge or experience in sports/race wagering is required, as successful candidates will receive full training.

This role is located in Wellington, New Zealand. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.

We are looking for full-time and casual applicants who have the flexibility to work across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We operate on a 24-hour basis, and shift opportunities are available across an entire rotation.

Your day-to-day...

  • Responding to high-volume inbound customer requests via Live chat, Phone or Email.
  • Performing customer verification and managing customer accounts & databases where you will accurately record customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the identification of fraudulent user accounts, financial patterns and trends.
  • Preserve Entain’s high standard of Safer Gambling practices.

What you'll bring...

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive and personalized experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accurate placement of bet requests within specified timelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Willingness to undergo 4 weeks of full-time training, even if no prior experience in sports/race wagering.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for customer support.
