The role requires hybrid onsite work 2–3 days per week and may also be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media/technical account management.
  • Expertise in ad tech, campaign performance metrics, and optimization.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and handling large data sets.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with pixels and conversion APIs is advantageous.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Advertising Measurement and Technical Ad Integrations.
  • Proficiency in Snap Ads and Biddable Auction environments.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract opportunity open to remote candidates, with a preference for those based in Los Angeles, CA or New York City.

Join our client's team as a dynamic professional dedicated to enhancing the success of large-scale advertisers through innovative technical advertising solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling post-sale support and driving revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Sales.

The role requires hybrid onsite work 2–3 days per week and may also be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY.

Client Solutions/Ads Manager Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the management and scaling of post-sales support, focusing on optimization and best practices for major advertisers.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to address advertiser needs using technical solutions, working closely with Engineering, Marketing Science, and Revenue departments.

  • Utilize data analysis to uncover insights, develop scalable solutions, and boost campaign performance.

  • Lead strategic programs and workflows, effectively leveraging outsourced resources for routine tasks.

  • Gather and communicate advertiser feedback to drive enhancements in products and tools.

Client Solutions/Ads Manager Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in digital media, technical account management, program management, or analytics.

  • Proven expertise in ad tech, campaign performance metrics, and advertising optimization.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and adept at handling large data sets to extract valuable insights.

  • Outstanding communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.

  • Familiarity with pixels, conversion APIs, and lead generation integrations is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Snap Ads, and Biddable Auction environments.

  • Experience with Advertising Measurement and Technical Ad Integrations.
