As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for the clinical application of Philips' Azurion angiography system. You will support doctors and medical professionals in optimally utilizing state-of-the-art procedures through practical training, close collaboration with customers, and your clinical expertise. Your role involves being a knowledge expert, developing training plans, ensuring high-quality customer support, and contributing to sales strategies by providing clinical know-how.
Must have:
  • Be the knowledge expert for the clinical application of the Azurion® angiography system.
  • Train customers (doctors, medical professionals, medical technicians) in optimal clinical procedures and protocols.
  • Develop application training plans in close cooperation with customers.
  • Ensure all customers receive high-quality training and support.
  • Ensure all clinical application trainings comply with company quality guidelines.
  • Support Sales Managers by providing clinical expertise.
  • Co-develop successful clinical sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Educate the sales team about emerging clinical issues and position solutions.
  • Continuously train and certify in the clinical application and use of relevant devices.
Good to have:
  • Several years of experience as an Application Specialist (or similar sales activities) in invasive cardiology/radiology/angiology or neuroradiology.

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you are the central point of contact for the clinical application of our Azurion angiography system. You support doctors and medical professionals in optimally utilizing state-of-the-art procedures - through practical training, close cooperation with our customers, and your clinical expertise.

Your Job:

  • The Clinical Application Specialist is the knowledge expert for the clinical application of the product (Azurion® angiography system).
  • Training customers (doctors, medical professionals, medical technicians) in the application of the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal use of the delivered devices and applications (according to MPG).
  • Developing application training plans in close cooperation with the customer. Providing the required application report after completion of all application visits.
  • Ensuring that all customers receive high-quality training and support, so that every customer is completely satisfied with Philips' support.
  • Ensuring that all clinical application trainings, both with new and existing customers, comply with the company's quality guidelines.
  • Supporting Sales Managers by providing clinical know-how.
  • Co-developing successful clinical sales strategies and implementing them to increase market share.
  • Educating the sales team about emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
  • Continuous further training and certification in the clinical application and area of use of the respective devices.
  • If necessary, participation in trade fairs, congresses, regional events.

You should bring the following:

  • Degree as Medical Technologist for Radiology/MTRA (m/f/d)
  • At least three years of professional experience
  • Ideally several years of experience as an Application Specialist (or similar sales activities) in invasive cardiology/radiology/angiology or neuroradiology
  • High stress tolerance and flexibility
  • Confident and assertive demeanor with customers and very good communication skills
  • High mobility for on-site training
  • Very good basic medical knowledge
  • Good English skills
  • Driver's license for car
