Join Philips as a Clinical Modality Specialist in Structural Heart to support the launch of the new 3D Intracardiac Echo Catheter (VeriSight Pro) in France. You will provide hands-on training and guidance to interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists in cath labs during their initial procedures, ensuring safe and effective adoption of this disruptive technology to improve patient outcomes in structural heart and electrophysiology procedures. This field-based role involves extensive travel across France and offers a unique opportunity to become an expert in ultrasound imaging and structural heart interventions.
Must have:
  • Contribute to the launch of Philips’ 3D Intracardiac Echo Catheter (VeriSight Pro) in France.
  • Support interventional cardiologists during their first 10-15 procedures per site.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance in the cath lab.
  • Ensure safe and successful adoption of the new technology.
  • Work within a newly formed European team of clinical specialists.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in structural heart interventions (e.g., Tricuspid, Mitral, LAAO) or invasive ultrasound imaging (TEE, ICE).
  • Hands-on expertise from industry leaders such as Abbott (TriClip, MitraClip, Pascal) or Edwards Lifesciences (Pascal, Evoque), or similar cardiology device experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (cardiology, ultrasound imaging, biomedical sciences, or related).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Comfortable traveling extensively (up to 80%) across France.

Join Philips in shaping the future of interventional cardiology. As a Clinical Modality Specialist for Structural Heart, you will support the launch of Philips’ groundbreaking 3D Intracardiac Echo Catheter (VeriSight Pro) in France. You will be on the frontlines in cath labs, ensuring cardiologists and electrophysiologists can adopt this new technology safely and effectively, directly improving patient outcomes in structural heart and electrophysiology (EP) procedures.

Your role:

  • Contribute to one of Philips’ most exciting product launches in Europe, introducing a disruptive innovation that redefines how structural heart interventions are performed.
  • Support interventional cardiologists in France during their first 10–15 procedures per site, providing hands-on training and guidance in the cath lab to ensure safe and successful adoption.
  • Work within a newly formed European team of clinical specialists, reporting initially to the IGT Devices Leader Europe and later transitioning to the local French IGT Sales Leader. You’ll collaborate closely with French sales colleagues, European marketing teams, and experienced global specialists.
  • Develop professionally through exposure to top hospitals, key opinion leaders, and cutting-edge interventional cardiology technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow as a subject-matter expert in both ultrasound imaging and structural heart procedures.

You’re the right fit if:

You have at least 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in structural heart interventions (e.g., Tricuspid, Mitral, LAAO) or invasive ultrasound imaging (TEE, ICE). You bring hands-on expertise from industry leaders such as Abbott (TriClip, MitraClip, Pascal) or Edwards Lifesciences (Pascal, Evoque), or similar cardiology device experience.
