The Hospital Patient Monitoring Business Digital Manager is responsible for end-to-end digital programs, from planning to execution and performance. This role focuses on creating strong digital customer experiences, highlighting business value propositions, and monetizing the customer decision journey. Key responsibilities include co-developing promotional strategies, managing digital content and campaigns across various channels (web, SEO, CRM), interpreting digital analytics, and driving alignment with regional teams to optimize performance and achieve order intake.

  • Develop close relationship with Digital Center of Excellence
  • Understand and communicate results/ROI and digital analytics
  • Drive optimizations and campaign improvements
  • Make budget recommendations
  • Support/collaborate with Channels and Strategic Customer visits organization
  • 6+ years digital marketing experience
  • Experience across the breadth of digital competencies and channels (web, ecommerce, SEO, SEA, display advertising, mobile marketing, CRM, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear digital objectives with related KPIs, and to show results against those objectives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and globally
  • Comfort navigating a complex organizational environment
Good to have:
  • Preferably, a BA/BS in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related degree
  • Digital agency experience
  • Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries

Job Details

The Hospital Patient Monitoring Business Digital Manager has E2E responsibility for key digital programs and priorities — from planning and execution to performance. These programs are important elements in creating a strong digital experience for customers, highlighting the business’ value propositions and customer decision journey monetization.

Your role: You are part of the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications in HPM. Our team’s purpose is to differentiate HPM to the right customers, generate qualified demand through engaging digital campaigns and website content to realize the full value for our offering, generate exposure for our portfolio and ultimately order intake.

  • Understanding Hospital Patient Monitoring business challenges and needs, working closely with colleagues to co-develop the overall promotional strategy and plan, propose, develop and own relevant digital content and programs (campaigns, channels, etc.), and deliver strong customer experience and business/sales performance.
  • Support web page creation by utilizing platform templates and facilitate in-market localization efforts, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and design between global and localized pages.
  • Applying expertise and best practices in traffic generation, nurturing and customer acquisitions across digital channels (web, eCommerce, SEO, SEA, display advertising, mobile marketing, CRM, etc.) with the ability to interpret digital dashboards and provide recommendations.
  • Building strong and realistic business cases and incorporating them into the overarching Marketing strategy, including eCommerce.
  • Driving alignment with colleagues across regions to ensure global content is fully utilized, regional requests are identified and consistency in messaging and execution for global activation.
  • Developing a close relationship with Digital Center of Excellence to build relevant metrics and dashboards, continually challenging current KPI mix as a measure of success, track campaign progress and respond to and recommend new approaches to reach intended audiences (new challenges, content formats, AI etc.)
  • Understanding and communicating results/ROI and digital analytics for digital programs on all dashboards, driving optimizations and campaign improvements, and making budget recommendations.
  • Supporting/collaborating with the Channels and Strategic Customer visits organization to ensure alignment with e-Commerce programs and priorities, Digital Portfolio and Program Managers and Regions.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve campaign metrics for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), MQL to Opportunity, Order Intake Value and other metrics determined by the Digital Center of Excellence.
  • On-time delivery of product detail and campaign pages, with ongoing optimization to meet webpage and other digital targets

You're the right fit if:

  • 6+ years digital marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility for both digital strategy, execution and performance
  • Experience across the breadth of digital competencies and channels (web, ecommerce, SEO, SEA, display advertising, mobile marketing, CRM, etc).
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear digital objectives with related KPIs, and to show results against those objectives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and globally, including willingness to assist in content development when needed (e.g. social, web, display)
  • Comfort navigating a complex organizational environment; good instincts for how to move work forward
  • Preferably, a BA/BS in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related degree
  • Digital agency experience and/or experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries a plus
