In this role you have the opportunity to
gain deep insights into strategic projects in Research & Development. You support the department management in the implementation of Lean principles, the further development of project control processes and organizational development. You will work at exciting interfaces with various business areas and can further develop your skills in an agile, dynamic environment.
Your tasks
- Participation in strategic R&D projects (analyses, management templates, stakeholder management)
- Support in the roll-out of Lean in development (prepare, moderate, follow up workshops)
- Visualization & optimization of processes (value streams, standards, work instructions)
- Further development of the project control process (methodology, KPIs, tools, templates, documentation)
- Data preparation & reporting (dashboards, status reports, presentations)
- Research on best practices (Lean, Agile, Systems Engineering) and derivation of practical recommendations
- Support in daily business
Great if you bring the following
- Ongoing studies in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, (technical) business administration or similar.
- Initial experience in Lean, Agile, process and project management desirable
- Initiative, analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong communication skills
- Very good PowerPoint skills
- Very good English skills, German skills an advantage
- Availability: 16–20 hours/week, min. 1 year
- Advantageous: MS Excel, VBA programming
