Your daily life

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the site is one of Thales' most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense, high-tech security, and digital services solutions.

As a senior OME engineering Delivery coach, and in line with the diverse needs of the entire OME engineering department, you will provide close support within operational projects.

In this capacity, your missions will be:

• Provide expertise and coaching on engineering Delivery activities during offer execution phases, upstream studies, and developments to define and execute the development strategy, anticipate and prevent potential risks, and/or assist activities in difficulty.
• Support Discipline Managers in animating their Delivery discipline (Learning Moment, Roadmap, Training courses, Continuous Improvement, standardization of standards...).
• Contribute to the development of training within the OME Academy, then participate in their animation.
• Capitalize, thanks to strong operational experiences, on good practices, and share your knowledge and experience within communities.

Your profile

A graduate with a Bac+5 (Master's degree equivalent) in electronics, aeronautics/space, or computer science, you have significant experience of at least 10 years in implementing Delivery steering activities in engineering on complex developments, based on an incremental development strategy. You master planning and steering practices.

You have knowledge of the following methods:

• Agile at scale, Lean, Agile (Scrum type)
• Problem solving with root cause analysis
• Continuous improvement (retrospective, batch review, capitalization)

Your demeanor allows you to coach an individual or a team, facilitate meetings, workshops, and training in both French and English.

You have a good capacity for perspective and know how to challenge situations.

You are convincing and persuasive, enthusiastic and dynamic.

You have team spirit and enjoy collaborative work.
