YOUR DAILY TASKS
As part of Telecom activities, the System IVVQ team must prepare all elements necessary for the smooth running of the upcoming program. As such, the System IVVQM must define the IVVQ strategy to be implemented, the test means to anticipate and develop, and must set up all engineering tools, associated methods, and processes to be followed.
As a System IVVQM:
YOUR PROFILE
Are you from an Engineering or University background (Bac+5 equivalent) and do you have solid experience in Telecom systems, with more than 5 to 10 years on complex projects?
Have you already defined a test strategy for a demanding system?
Have you led programs through to client delivery?
Are you used to managing multidisciplinary and large teams?
Do you have knowledge of engineering methods and tools, particularly Polarion?
Have you already worked with multidisciplinary teams and ensured their coordination?
Are you comfortable with project management, including financial and planning monitoring?
Do you know how to conduct a continuous improvement plan for the activity?
Are you recognized for your ability to engage teams through your communication and dynamism?
Do you know how to manage program pressure and anticipate risks effectively?
Are you able to explain, pedagogically guide, and encourage continuous learning?
Are you recognized for your ability to innovate and bring creative solutions?
Do you speak English?
