Job Description

The ComEx BI & Analytics Jr. Associate, reporting to the LATAM ComEx BI and Systems Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the quality, availability, and adoption of Business Intelligence reports. This role acts as the primary contact for dashboard administration, user support, and receiving external developments. The associate combines technical skills with analytical thinking to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the commercial area.
Must have:
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, prioritizing clear visualization, efficient navigation, and good performance.
  • Provide technical and functional support for existing dashboards, including those developed by external providers.
  • Administer the BI reports portfolio, tracking its execution, user adoption, and proposing improvements.
  • Perform analysis of commercial KPIs and generate actionable explanations or alerts for the business.
  • Validate the quality, consistency, and coverage of the dashboards; propose new visualizations and adjustments according to business needs.
  • Functionally and technically document the reports under their management, ensuring traceability and ease of maintenance.
  • Participate in sessions with commercial areas to understand analytical needs and build ad hoc solutions when required.
  • Collaborate with project teams in the implementation of new dashboards and automations.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of DAX, Power Apps, & Power Automate.
  • Experience in mass consumption companies or regional environments.
  • Knowledge of modern BI structures (Data Lake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Proactive profile, with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and results orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with commercial and technical areas.

Why YOU?

Your required qualifications:

  • Education: University Professional (Graduate) preferably oriented to administrative, accounting, data sciences, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields.
  • Experience: Around 1 year in similar roles, preferably within the same industry and/or similar.
  • Excel: Advanced Level.
  • Power BI proficiency: data modeling, visual design, and user experience.
  • Data visualization skills, storytelling, and executive synthesis.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation.
  • English: Intermediate Level (B1/B2)
  • Availability to work in our offices located in Bogotá, Colombia, within a hybrid scheme (2 times in-person, usually Mondays and Thursdays).

A plus will be:

  • Knowledge of DAX, Power Apps, & Power Automate.
