As a Senior Effectiveness Analyst for Latin America, you will optimize media investments through performance analysis, providing actionable insights and contributing to data-driven decisions. Your work will directly improve ROI, strengthen brand equity, and align media strategies with commercial goals across key regional markets.
Must have:
  • Support the design and implementation of measurement frameworks across media channels (TV, digital, social, trade, etc.), using tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Brand Lift studies, econometrics, and ROI modeling.
  • Leverage first-party and third-party data sources to extract meaningful insights that inform media planning, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
  • Partner with marketing, media, trade, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive view of performance and alignment on KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Support the execution and analysis of test-and-learn initiatives to continuously evolve media strategy based on market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and executive summaries that translate complex data into compelling stories for business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the rollout and refinement of effectiveness tools and methodologies across the region, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adoption by local teams.

As a Senior Effectiveness Analyst for Latin America, you will support the optimization of media investments by analyzing performance, providing actionable insights, and helping drive data-based decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to improving ROI, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring alignment between media strategies and commercial goals across key markets in the region.

What you will do:

  • Marketing Effectiveness & Performance Analysis: Support the design and implementation of measurement frameworks across media channels (TV, digital, social, trade, etc.), using tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Brand Lift studies, econometrics, and ROI modeling.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, media, trade, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive view of performance and alignment on KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Test & Learn Routines: Support the execution and analysis of test-and-learn initiatives to continuously evolve media strategy based on market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Reporting & Storytelling: Develop dashboards, performance reports, and executive summaries that translate complex data into compelling stories for business stakeholders.
  • Tool Adoption & Innovation: Contribute to the rollout and refinement of effectiveness tools and methodologies across the region, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adoption by local teams.

What you need to have:

  • Strong experience in media analytics, marketing effectiveness, or consumer insights roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a passion for working with data and exploring analytical solutions.
  • Experience working with media performance data across multiple channels, including digital and offline media.
  • Fluent English; fluent Spanish is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Brand Lift.
