Job Description

The Commercial Area Intern in Santiago, Chile, will support commercial processes and client projects, working closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs). The main objective is to maximize the performance of the supermarket channel, aligning with the company's Sales and Profitability KPIs. Haleon is looking for a passionate, proactive final-year student of Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields, eager to develop commercial skills and learn from the area and strategic clients.
Must have:
  • Execute the commercial strategy and achieve business KPIs.
  • Collaborate on promotional cycles and coordinate specific channel projects.
  • Analyze relevant business information and propose DPSM strategies for clients.
  • Create and present business reviews, launches, and year-end closings.
  • Analyze market and B2B/client portal data to develop plans.
  • Organize work agendas with the sales team to maintain excellent relationships and seek continuous improvement.
  • Final year student of Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • Availability to complete a 6-12 month hybrid internship.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
Good to have:
  • Intermediate Power BI and English skills (desirable).

The Commercial Area Intern in Santiago, Chile, will provide support in commercial processes and projects with clients, working closely with the KAMs. Their main objective will be to maximize the performance of the supermarket channel, aligning with the company's Sales and Profitability KPIs.

We are looking for a final-year student of Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields, with a great interest in developing commercial skills and learning from both the area and Haleon's strategic clients.
