Haleon is seeking an Oral Care Medical Sales Representative to implement Expert Sales strategies, effectively applying the visit model and utilizing materials provided by Haleon to engage key stakeholders such as doctors, clients, institutions, and pharmacies. This role aims to drive growth and development for each stakeholder, ensuring compliance with administrative duties, commercial excellence standards, and continuous knowledge updates in pathologies, products, and competition.
Must have:
  • Implement Expert Sales strategies and the visit model with stakeholders (doctors, clients, institutions, pharmacies).
  • Fulfill administrative duties including sales reports, expense legalization, event planning, and commercial excellence reports.
  • Interact with internal clients (KAM, commercial, Marketing) for business reviews and action plan definition.
  • Continuously update knowledge in pathologies, conditions, products, and competition.
  • Validate and update the DHCPs panel, CloseUp, and DHCP data, managing additions and removals.
  • Contribute to point-of-sale rotation by promoting Haleon brands during promotional cycles.
  • Analyze commercial results, review strategies, and execute promotional budgets using technological tools.
  • Correctly register planning, visit/event reports, sample deliveries, and survey applications in the system.
  • Ensure optimal administration of medical samples in compliance with SOP.
  • Guarantee correct planning and execution of assigned resources for activities, events, and brand activations.
  • University professional, preferably in administrative sciences, health, or related fields.
  • Around 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in medical promotion, health areas, customer service, or commercial management.
  • Intermediate English level (B1/B2).
  • Intermediate Excel level.
  • Availability to visit daily the assigned network of stakeholders in Bogotá, Colombia.
Good to have:
  • Own mobility and a valid driver's license.

The Oral Care Medical Sales Representative, reporting to the District Manager, will be responsible for adequately implementing Expert Sales strategies by effectively applying and adopting the visit model and making appropriate use of the materials provided by HALEON in their daily activity to main stakeholders (doctors, clients, institutions, pharmacies, among others) seeking growth and development for each of them.

Main responsibilities:

  • Comply with administrative functions such as: Delivery of sales reports, legalization of expenses, event planning, Commercial Excellence reports in the times and requirements required by the company, as well as achieving excellence standards in all activities carried out at HALEON.
  • Permanently interact with internal clients (KAM, commercial, Marketing and other support areas) in order to carry out business reviews (Sell in/Sell Thru, Nielsen and Close Up analysis) and define action plans focused on achieving objectives, for which the constant generation of reports in different tools (Word, Excel and Power point) and the use of the company's SharePoint and different tools is required.
  • Permanently update knowledge in pathologies, conditions, product and competition, in order to guarantee company standards in both evaluations and visit certifications.
  • Permanently validate the DHCPs panel, keeping the target panel, CloseUp and DHCP data updated and complying with the high and low process according to the established process, carrying out due follow-ups through the different reports enabled in the Veeva tool, generating dynamic tables.
  • Contribute to rotation at points of sale, through the promotion of HALEON brands in each promotional cycle.
  • Analysis of commercial results, review of strategies, execution of the promotional budget, use of different technological tools for its monitoring.
  • Correctly register planning, visit/event reports, sample deliveries and survey applications in the system.
  • Ensure optimal administration of medical samples, in compliance with the sample SOP.
  • Guarantee the correct planning and execution of the resources assigned for activities, events and brand activations in the assigned promotional area, in accordance with the provisions of the Promotion Code and the Event SOP.

Your required qualifications:

  • Education: University professional preferably oriented to administrative sciences, health and/or related fields.
  • Experience: Around 1 year in similar roles, preferably within the same industry and/or similar, in topics related to medical promotion and/or topics related to health areas, customer service or commercial promotion/management.
  • English: Intermediate Level (B1/B2).
  • Excel: Intermediate Level.
  • Availability to visit daily the assigned network of stakeholders in Bogotá, Colombia.

Will be a plus:

  • Having own mobility and a valid driver's license.
