Job Description
The Commis de Cuisine, under the guidance of superiors, prepares all dishes according to the current menu. They follow recipes and work cost-effectively. They ensure careful and professional storage and processing of all raw materials and products. They assist their superiors in preparing requests for goods. They work with modern kitchen technology and maintain proper handling of work equipment. They adhere to the prescribed hygiene regulations, relevant food laws, safety regulations, and occupational health and safety measures.
Must have:
- Produce dishes according to the menu.
- Follow recipes and work cost-effectively.
- Ensure proper storage and processing of materials.
- Assist in requesting goods.
- Use modern kitchen technology.
Job Details
- Du produzierst unter Anleitung der Vorgesetzten alle Gerichte entsprechend dem aktuellen Speisenangebot. Dabei richtest Du Dich nach den Rezepturen und arbeitest kostenbewusst.
- Du sorgst für eine sorgfältige und fachgerechte Lagerung und Verarbeitung aller Rohstoffe und Produkte.
- Du unterstützt Deinen Vorgesetzten bei der Erstellung von Warenanforderungen.
- Du arbeitest mit moderner Küchentechnik und pflegst einen ordnungsgemäßen Umgang mit den Arbeitsmitteln.
- Du hältst Dich an die vorgeschriebenen Hygienevorschriften und an die einschlägigen Lebensmittelgesetze, sowie Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen.
