Job Description

As a (Junior) Key Account Manager in our Advertiser Team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, our most strategically important customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will quickly take on a consulting role for the customer, with the goal of identifying and implementing new commercial opportunities to develop sustainable growth for affiliate programs. The role involves proactive customer consulting, building strong relationships, reporting, budget coordination, and strategic expansion of partnerships.
Must Have:
  • Proactive and independent consulting of strategic customers to promote sustainable business development and achieve target KPIs for the Advertiser
  • Building a strong customer relationship and establishing Awin as a relevant partner within the customer's digital ecosystem through regular meetings
  • Creating reports and providing performance & benchmark analyses for the customer
  • Coordination and management of customer-related budgets
  • Strategic expansion of existing and new cooperations in the affiliate program, as well as upselling existing Awin tools that serve to optimize the partner program
  • Support internal project initiatives within the framework of our OKRs (Objective Key Results)
  • Participation in industry & networking events
  • Experience in the online/performance marketing industry or in a customer environment
  • Strong focus on quality as well as strong customer orientation and service readiness
  • Reliable escalation and conflict management even with more complex challenges
  • Solid sales techniques and strong persuasive power
  • Creative mindset to bring in new ideas and drive customer development
  • Strong analytical skills and ideally technical understanding of tracking topics
  • Very good communication skills in German and English

Purpose of Position

As a (Junior) Key Account Manager in our Advertiser Team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, our strategically most important customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will quickly succeed in taking on a consulting role for the customer, with the goal of identifying and implementing new (commercial) opportunities to recognize and implement sustainable growth of affiliate programs.

The regular tasks in this position can be wonderfully done virtually and are therefore perfectly suited for nationwide home office in Germany.

This position is limited to 1 year.
