Job Description

Axel Springer is looking for a Key Account Manager Sales for the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg regions. The role involves actively shaping the future of the digital media world with creativity and passion. You will manage and expand personal contact with regional new and existing customers, plan your daily work independently, negotiate conditions, and be responsible for annual discussions with decision-makers. The company offers a 360° portfolio in print, digital, digital-out-of-home, and addressable TV, focusing on cross-media and target-group-specific solutions.
Must Have:
  • Build and expand personal contact with regional new and existing customers
  • Independently plan and organize your daily work
  • Maintain customer relationships, negotiate conditions, and manage annual discussions with decision-makers
  • Present the marketing portfolio on-site and develop solutions with customers
  • Drive customer success using key figures and analyses
  • Support the team in developing customer-specific, creative communication solutions
  • Sales experience (career changers welcome)
  • Knowledge of marketing media spaces or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable in customer discussions and possessing a sales drive
  • Ability to inspire and engage with your presence
  • Enjoy achieving goals and sharing joint successes
  • Very good German skills (at least C1)
  • Good English skills (at least B2)
