Community & Growth Paid Internship (Full-Time, Berlin)

Born is seeking a Community & Growth Paid Intern to build and scale its community for AI friends, which currently has over 15 million users. The role involves driving organic growth through platforms like Discord, TikTok, and Instagram, creating engaging content, and managing creator partnerships. The intern will shape the community's voice in the EU market, contributing to a rapidly growing company backed by world-class investors.

Tasks

You’ll work on building and scaling our community to millions of users: driving organic growth through Discord, TikTok, and Instagram, creating content that resonates, managing hundreds of creators, and acquiring new ones to expand our reach.

You’ll shape the voice of our community in the EU-market from day one and have ownership across channels, campaigns, and creator partnerships.

• Having product sense is great.
