About your role

We are looking for a talented Community Manager for our flagship project – RPG battler Hero Wars: Dominion Era.

What you’ll be doing

• Being an official representative of the game in our communities
• Building relationships with the core community, closely interacting with fan communities and opinion leaders
• Developing and executing a content plan across various project platforms
• Creating and maintaining a comfortable and informative space for game discussions on Discord, Facebook, Telegram, and other platforms
• Supervising and improving the work of the moderation team
• Regularly organizing and conveying player feedback to the development team
• Analyzing the effectiveness of your work: tracking engagement metrics, subscriber growth, and retention, identifying and promoting best practices in community management.

We hope that you

• Experience in the gaming industry and experience managing gaming communities on social media
• Proficiency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level)
• The ability to write clear, engaging, and informative texts
• Initiative, responsibility, independence, and the ability to critically analyze your work
• Good knowledge of the gaming industry, current trends (including in the community/SMM trends)
• Content production: brainstorming concepts for publications, providing detailed technical specifications for the designer
• Basic knowledge of graphic editors (Photoshop, Figma) will be a plus
• Experience with AI tools, the ability to use them in work for automation and more efficient task execution.
